Our marinated free-range Peruvian style chicken is slowly roasted over a mesquite charcoal open flame and cooked to perfection! In addition to our signature rotisserie chicken, we serve salchipapas, baby back ribs and authentic style anticuchos just to name a few! All entrees come with two large side dishes of your choice, two liters of soda and aji sauces. We offer a casual dining experience conveniently located in downtown San Mateo off of highway 101. In addition to dining in, Al Carbon offers take out, delivery and catering! We have many side dishes to complete your meal and desserts you won't want to miss!
